Our Personal Trainings
Before starting a "Pt" (personal training), you discuss with me what your goals are and what you want to achieve. Together, we will then look at what will benefit you most. During personal training, my goal is to teach you as much as possible. We will do a series of exercises, and with each exercise I will help you with your technique and form. If you are new to the sport, I will also teach you all about why we do certain exercises, and which ones are specifically useful for you. I motivate you and help you get the most out of your training.
Personal training plan
There are several options for personal training. Choose a single session, or go for a personal training plan of 10 or 20 times to reach all your goals!
