Sure you can! Come straight in sports clothes and I'll show you what training at progressive overload gym is like. You'll be guided and I'll explain everything to you, completely free of charge.
I think personal training should be accessible to everyone. Some Pt's can be incredibly helpful and you can progress hard because of it. I work from my passion and want to be able to pass this on to everyone.
There are no "normal" subscriptions like you are used to from other gyms. Here, for example, you buy a monthly pass. See prices for the different options. All options are without subscription fee, and can be cancelled immediately each month.
Progressive overload gym is a 5-minute walk from dordrecht central station! ideal, and even free (limited) parking space in front of the door.
There are no showers available. There is a toilet, where you can change if necessary. But changing at home is best.
As there is no subscription and registration, you are not a member. By means of a donation, you have access to the gym and that is why we speak of donors.
Payment can of course be made in cash at the counter and otherwise via a payment request I send you via the App. Click on 1 of month card options; this will take you straight into a whats app conversation with me and we can discuss the options.
The door policy ensures that a good atmosphere is maintained. It is a small gym where you quickly make contact with the other athletes. I like to have a chat with everyone to keep the atmosphere open and personal.
