Coaching
In a coaching programme, you work 1-on-1 with me, Robin. We discuss all your goals, draw up a training schedule, adjust your food and evaluate each week. This is the ultimate kickstart to your new routine, or just the way to finally really reach your goal. More muscle? Losing weight? Bulking or cutting? During the coaching process, I will explain everything to you and you will discover new ways of training. Everything the old-school way, scientifically proven and effective training!
Match coaching
You don't make it to a bodybuilding competition overnight. There are months of preparation and discipline behind it. Want to increase your chances and give it your all before you get on that stage? Through coaching at progressive overload gym, you can achieve that. For example, I can also help you with posing, I'll go with you to your competition and coach you through everything.
The coaching programmes go per month; Your training schedule, eating schedule, personal training each session, entrance to the gym and weekly weighing and evaluation is all included here.

Hi all, my name is Grzegorz and I'm from Poland😁. I started training a while ago at Progressive Overload Gym and met the owner of the gym, who is also a personal trainer: Robin Uitterlinden. After a while, I decided to work with Robin Uitterlinden because I wanted to change my appearance, define my body a little better and, most importantly, feel better.
Working with Robin Uitterlinden proved to be a success. My workouts changed completely and everything was taken care of by Robin. After the workouts, I started to see results: my weight decreased, my muscle strength and endurance increased, fat disappeared and my overall well-being kept improving!!!!
Robin Uitterlinden himself is a great trainer, he is extremely knowledgeable about nutrition and strength training 💪. I can ask him about anything and always get a clear answer with explanations. He is an incredibly positive guy who creates a good atmosphere and motivates me to work hard in the gym 😁.
